Citizens may submit petitions directly to the Imperial Throne. All petitions are reviewed by the High Chancellor before being presented to the Emperor. Non-citizens may submit petitions but receive lower priority.
Media inquiries regarding the Voltrumite Empire, its governance, history, or representatives of the Emperor may be submitted via the correspondence form. Identify your inquiry as a press matter.
All correspondence is received under the seal of confidentiality. Response times vary by Imperial protocol priority. Sworn citizens receive priority review. The Imperial Chancellery reserves the right to decline correspondence that does not comply with Imperial protocol.
Not yet a citizen? Under Imperial Decree No. 003-2026, citizenship is open to all persons of Voltrumite heritage or those willing to swear fealty to the Imperial Crown.
