Protects the Throne Room in Voltris and all Imperial sites on Voltrum in the name of Emperor Paul, who governs from Earth. The Guard is the physical presence of Imperial authority on Voltrum and the oldest military institution of the Empire.
Governs day-to-day affairs of Planet Voltrum, manages planetary resources, and administers civil services to the Voltrumite population. The most operationally active ministry.
The sacred order responsible for identifying, verifying, and safeguarding the starseed lineage from Emperor Argus. The Order operates semi-independently, answering only to the Emperor and the founding doctrine.
The Voltrumite Empire operates as an absolute monarchy. All legislative, executive, and judicial power is vested in the Emperor. Ministries serve at the Emperor's pleasure and their authority is entirely delegated from the Imperial Crown.
Imperial Decrees issued by Emperor Paul carry immediate force of law across all Imperial territories. No ministry may countermand a Decree, and no Decree may be challenged except by the Emperor himself.
All authority originates with the Emperor. Ministries derive their mandate from the Imperial Throne, not from independent right.
